Instructions for "Storm water and Driveway Access Determination" aka Highway Determination in GIS.
- You'll need to log in and choose the Engineer Department. This is done through the 'Settings' menu.
- Identify Parcel by right click on the map or choosing "Identify Parcel" from the tools menu on the iPad
- The property needs to have the "Highway Determination" enabled in Govern for this to work
- Click on the "Highway Determination quick link on the Identify parcel pop up window
- Verify that all permit information is correct and scroll down to click the 'Deny' button
- You are not actually denying the permit in this case, we will change the terminology. Let us know what it should say?
- Fill out the Highway determination form as usual
- Click "OK" and an email will be sent to Engineering, and the newly generated memo will pop-up as a pdf. This will also link the memo with the permit in Govern so it can be viewed in GIS
