You have 3 options:
1. Auto
- Every time you close Govern, it will saved your setting so it will look the same next time you log back on. It will to automatically saved without asking you anything.
2. On Demand
- When you close Govern it will ask you if you want to save your setting. If yes, it will saved your current setting and the next time you log on it will use those setting. Otherwise it will use the previous logon setting.
3. Off
- No hibernate so you need to reopen the profile and forms you want
