Our phone support vendor will be doing necessary system work this Saturday, March 15th and continuing possibly on Sunday, March 16th as needed. Work is scheduled to begin around 9am on Saturday and will affect all sites with Mitel telephones. The work will at various times cause interruptions in voicemail, menu-driven prompts, auto-attendants, four-digit dialing, phone directory and even incoming and outgoing calls for a short time (except 911).
On Monday, when work is complete, if you are experiencing problems with your phone, please begin by unplugging it and plugging it back in. If that does not resolve the problem, please report any issues through Zendesk so they can be tracked. The vendor will be here Monday morning to resolve any remaining issues.
