Citrix Service Interruptions - Great Plains Users and Govern Remote Site Users

For those of you who access your applications through Citrix - we have been experiencing an issue with the connection over the past few days, where users get "bumped" out of their application.  Network staff is working closely with our Citrix partner as well as Citrix direct to identify and correct the issue, which has been difficult to pinpoint. Thank you for your patience while we work through the issue.  Thank you!
