One of the core network switches at Town Hall failed Tuesday night and must be replaced. This work will require outage of the entire server core at Town Hall and will affect all data services and some phone services that originate at Town Hall, including e-mail, Internet and most software, database and internal web sites.
We anticipate beginning work today (Thursday, September 6, 2012) at 6pm. Services will be down a minimum of 2 hours but may be down longer. If you have any urgent need for any network services during this time, please contact me to discuss your options.
