A necessary upgrade performed on our systems last night has caused network print services to be unavailable. The unfortunate part about performing system upgrades is that there can be unforeseen incompatibilities that may cause sytems to malfunction. Unfortunately in this case, the system that failed effects every user. However, the network staff has been working closely with the engineers who assisted with last night's upgrades to resolve the issue with our printer server.
